Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and securely place it in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
