What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination. Free shipping is available on orders above a specific threshold.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been sprayed.
How can I test a fragrance before buying a full bottle?
We recommend purchasing our Discovery Sets or individual samples. This allows you to experience the scent on your skin before committing to a full-sized 75ml or 100ml bottle.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
